Steph was our agent when we sold our house and purchased a new one. We found her to be good natured and very easy to work with. She often went above and beyond our expectations. We started working with Steph after having no luck finding a home in the Portland market after months of rejected offers. Steph both sold our house and found us a great new house. Our house went up for sale on a Wednesday and was sold by Saturday. Than right in the middle of the whole process on a Saturday morning our buyer backed out of deal and Steph was able to keep us from freaking out and contacted other parties who had showed interest and we had a new buyer by Sunday afternoon. She took care of all the changes/paperwork this caused with both transitions, old house and new house which greatly reduced our stress. We love our new house and cannot thank her enough.
